Whatever the reason why people do match-only teams, what reason is there to remove the option of allowing people to play in lower division with friends because of your own expectation of why people should be playing in a league? Removing options seems like a step backwards.

i assure you people with adhd can "just put in the effort" there are plenty of successful people with adhd
AimIsADickAlso, YouTube is a surveillance shithole. I am trying to practice my privacy; because it is easy to identify a person's sensitive information. I avoid YouTube because Google requires a phone-number (which can easily identify someone); I will not freely give my phone number again.
