1.85:1 effectively 110 FOV(largest aspect ratio with sv_restrict_aspect_ratio_fov 1) :

Seeing as sv_restrict_aspect_ratio_fov 1 is used in competitive there is no need to worry about any wider FOVs as 1.85:1 is the cap unless you use outside programs and I believe that is considered illegal.
I was able to use all of these on my little crappy 1152:864 75hz monitor.
