I'd like to play on a team that is competitive within its division with an established maincaller, I usually play very selflessly and am quite vocal. whenever my character moves everything looks very jittery
i have already tried reinstalling and it even happens on a vanilla copy of the game
you can see it most clearly on the edges of the pole i am rotating around
i run an fx8350 and a grx1070 both are relatively new
out of game stuff i have tried
-closing every program that i could
-updating drivers
-turning off steam overlay
-having steam set to offline

One is an exploit involving tweaking your GPU settings (NOT DEVELOPED BY VALVE)
One is a file edit that is literally supposed to be blocked by sv_pure 2 and isn't (DEVELOPED BY VALVE)
They're very different.
E: Also you listed off stuff like the explosion script like they're equal. You know they aren't. Imo none of this shit should even work, but TF2 isn't locked down at all properly. It's just ridiculous to ban for things as minor as that so we let them slide in leagues.
it isnt a gpu tweak its a hudfile
also removing soundscapes accomplishes the same task of making it easier to hear things without having to turn your volume up higher which is the essence of any "sound hack" its not as though it makes it so you can hear things that wouldnt make noise otherwise
