Losing a loved one is shitty, I lost my dad when I was 9. Years later I still think of him, but I can avoid tearing up, because I wrote down every good memory of him I had, and look back upon them ocasionally and feel. Make sure to celebrate the memory of your brother as much as you do mourn his loss. I don't think he would want you to be sad for long, no one does. Though I have never talked to you before, I would be more than willing to talk if you are feeling down. We are all praying for the best for you and your family.

If you want sufing practice I recommend playing shortstop+pocket pistol scout in pubs, as it will allow you to notice a lot when you get slightly better at surfing, and allow even small blasts to help your precision (try landing on objects etc.) I find it is a fun way to get better @ surfing. As for movement, I would just join pubs and see how long you can survive while playing with your team.(pub team not team team)
