ZZrowrowI have a guess that maybe the demo started the cap right as the victory was going to be called, so it bypassed the "overtime" trigger and thus was treated in some sort of limbo of normal cap time. I was certain the victory round was going to be called but the demoman landed on it just before it soundedthis is what i was thinking too
