back when i played scout i used 640x480 and was able to hit a lot more shots. I have no clue why and it was probably just placebo

i remember back a long time ago, i played against sky in mge and beat him without much trouble. about a few weeks ago i played her again and i was actually surprised to realize who it was because he had gotten so much better at aiming. i cant recall playing with her ever, but he's always seemed like a nice person that i should be better friends with.

its easier to read something when it has proper grammar and good flow to it.

with this paragraph, it starts out by stating what its about, the passive scout. if you'd start out by changing "then the passive scout:" to "Passive Scout:" or something similar to that.

then the passive scout: you get out of choke and get to shithouse side of our train to kill everyone that threatens the demoman. You can shoot soldiers out of the sky with your scatta. When thats done and the demo's safe you can get your buf and move forward with the rest of the team.

this altered to

"Once you get out of the choke, get to the shit-house side of your team's train and take care of the people going after your demo. Stop the soldiers from jumping your side, and once they're denied grab a buff from your medic and push forward with your team and fight with them."

not that i'm some kind of author, but generally simplistic writing is better for this type of thing. you want to say what you mean and in as few words as possible

thats because most teams in esea want their matches to be competitive/even and if they have to wait half an hour for it to not be an unfair 5v6, most are polite enough to do so.

in your fps config there is most likely a command changing the sensitivity. ctrl+f any files you recently added to your cfg for "sensitivity"

i know that if my steam community goes offline i get 60 fps locked till it comes back up.

get an fps config like #2 said, close EVERY other application except mumble/tf2. Running other programs can suck up processing power.
running tf2 in a lower resolution used to help me as well, though not as much as dx8+config did.

Another thing that I have no confirmation on is something to do with steam friends. A long time ago I used to get very very low fps, it was barely playable. I found that playing on an alt actually made me get higher fps. the ONLY difference between the two accounts was the fact that my alt had 10~ friends and my main had roughly two hundred. I don't know if it'll work or not, but it couldn't hurt to test.

edit: to actually answer the question i get 300 constant pretty much no matter what, but i have a pretty beefy computer

yeah i've actually been mge'ing and had admins start doing shit with the SM commands, i remember one night it was me and a friend playing and an admin comes into the server and starts slapping both of us so we couldn't play.
