You gotta admit there's a problem when teams like Flipside and Gambit are already qualified while NiP, G2, Dignitas, Immortals all have to go through the qualifier to get to the major.
No, I don't. Everyone played with the same rule-set and had THREE chances to qualify. How about Envy? They went 0-2 and still qualified, while NiP lost to random russians because they are incapable of getting their head into the game and winning 3 games out of 5. THREE OUT OF FIVE. It's their faults they fucked themselves, I can write you an essay of how NiP especially has been going downhill for a while now. If teams truly deserve to be at a MAJOR, they will make it no matter what. They are PRO players for a reason.
Perhaps you would like the alternative and have online qualifiers like Dota does for TI? Would that be more fair? You lose a bo1 and you are fucking out, I'll petition with you for that system so we can never see NiP at a major again, yes? EG made it to TI through the online qualifier so its doable dude, let's fucking go BO1 or out.
