EcophagyI noticed it earlier, but with regards to stickies I only see it on airburst ones, not ones on the ground. Maybe by making the damage radius more obvious valve are laying the groundwork for a radius ramp-up sticky nerf that you can actually see?
if this is true then I'm hoping they fix it for dx8

hooky[...] we won't be able to stream any sort of music now, assuming they use the ContentID/copyright reporting system (and they will likely have to, because DMCA, RIAA, MPAA, etc). The ContentID system really won't work with livestreaming though.
All Twitch needs to do is save vods and then run ContentID on them.

i was gone on a trip this past weekend and my dad has been holdin down the fort
i come back home tonight, and i whip out my cookie crisp cereal to spoon myself a bowl. so i do so. then i go to my fav milk, my boy 1%. and i look, and its dated july 13.

from my understanding, the thing you're trying to edit is an image panel that pulls from TF2's default image files to make that color.
try making your own red box that isn't an image panel so you can control it's RGBA values.
(I'm not 100% certain because I haven't messed with image panels so maybe wait for someone smarter to help you)
