Looking for high open-IM demoman mentor

I've been maining demoman for a couple of months, and i'm looking to get better. I'm on a UGC steel 6v6 team and highlander team, playing demoman for both. I'm hoping to be the level necessary for Open by the end of the Winter UGC season, please help the worst player on his team overcome this challenge! <3
