Hello bois, im trying to buy the new skylake (i7 6700 1151) chip but they've been out of stock on Amazon for a while now. Anyone had experience with ordering from Amazon before and can give advice on if they are going to come back into stock at their cheap price any time soon?

Hey Setsul, I asked Sideshow for pc advice and he sent me to you.
I'm looking to buy a pc with a budget of £700($1100), I'm willing to spend another £150($250) if its worth it and you recommend it. I also would like to mention that I'm not that educated about hardware and pc rigs in general, so sorry for my ignorance. I tried to read previous posts to find out what kind of info you need and this is what I came up with:
I dont really want to overclock. 
I would like to stream a little bit for friends but nothing too heavy.
I'd like to be able to run fallout4 decently, I'm not super uptight about running everything in ultra though, but it would be nice.
I dont know at all how to pick a case and I also haven't decided on an OS, I'm not too bothered about the case looking great as long as it doesn't look terrible.
I also dont need a lot of space with my hdd, i think 1tb is enough.
I would like it to be quiet, but as long as its not loud I'm fine with that.
I'm hoping to buy it this week and I will pretty much buy the whole thing off your recommendations.
I only need the tower for now, I wouldn't mind buying a pre-built pc either; pretty much I'm just looking for the best thing I can get for my budget.
