It's either freezepanel_basic.res or freezepanelcallout.res.
If you wanna modify the health, use freezepanelkillerhealth.res.

This is almost certainly the best C9 roster we've seen yet. All of these guys showed mad fragging power throughout the major, and spectacular AWPing and clutching skills.
Being able to take down all 4 teams above them in a major shows incredible promise, and I hope to see this roster continue their success from now on. At least compared with the inconsistency they've shown with previous lineups.

WiethoofdHudPassTimeBallStatus/HudPassTimePassNotify and the various other 'HudPassTime...' res files.
If you are on a local server: sv_cheats 1; vgui_drawtree 1 and tick 'Highlight Selected' and find the hud elements by expanding the tree with vgui items/elements
The panel disappears before I can find out what it's called, using those methods.
