i've been on the same team as him for a little more than a year now, and i can safely say that he is very reliable as a player. i agree with everyone here when it comes to his dm and jumping abilities, he's put a lot of work into his mechanic skill and it really has paid off, he's a very strong player in that regard. i'd say he's stronger on soldier (specifically roamer) than he is on demo, though there isn't much of a gap between the two. that being said, he obviously has flaws. dougan has a selfish playstyle for the most part, there is a lack in communication as well as team coordination on his part. there have been several moments where he's gone completely silent, sometimes attempting to make plays without using comms. even though, don't expect him to be completely mute, he does still try his best to play with the team and make helpful calls, he's definitely capable of being a game changer.
