FayngOblivionageno it is not kuni i dont know where you got that information from. No game uses more than 4 cores dude and intel's cpus easily performs better in said games as well as benchmarks.I watched a video actually comparing the 2 processors, and while streaming the AMD outperformed the intel, but all of the high quality pc gaming streams use intel, and everyone else recommeneds intel. Which would be better for games like Titanfall, CS:GO, and TF2?
Intel would definitely be better for tf2 and CS:GO, not sure about titanfall though it is still on the source engine. For the most part source games run on few cores (not utilizing say all 8 cores of an fx 8350) and favor intel.
For the 144hz monitor I personally would just say get cheaper ram and cut out the SSD or something to save up for the 144hz. Even getting a non-overclockable cpu and stock cooler IMO would be worth it, unless you absolutely need the top framerate on every game. 144hz is so much better than 60 :)
ghettokaidusIf you want a numpad and/or lights then go for tk, otherwise rapid.is the extra 20 dollars worth the lights + numpad though?
If you want a num pad and lights more than you want $20 then go for it. Both good keyboards
I have a TK and like the numpad and lights a lot but its not for everyone
shiznojoddnever happened to me b4 w8 :BshiznoIf youre running windows 8, the volume gets really low when i talk in mumble/join mumble, or use any voice communication system (skype)http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/462649/mumble-reduces-in-game-volume-dramatically/?p=2781929
I'm pretty sure mumble also mutes music and other background sounds, unless you specify in the communications tab in sound devices (do nothing vs reduce volume of other sounds by 50%)
cool guy and fun to play with
Searched and found nothing
This issue's been bugging me for a few days, but I've found a solution.
Have been unsuccessfully fussing around disabling and enabling various plugins until I found this fix. Maybe someone else is having the same problem. Not really a bug report since it's probably the fault of firefox itself not tf.tv

Not sure if this is just me or not, but should hopefully help anyone with the same problem. When updating to the new firefox version 29.0.1 on windows, the cookies saved from the old versions of firefox (and possible chrome?) got corrupted.
Anyways, to fix this glitch you just have to clear all the cookies related to teamfortress.tv
To do this, go to settings from the dropdown bar on the right, then select the privacy tab -> history -> remove individual cookies. Then just search for teamfortress.tv and hit 'remove cookie'.

Fzerodrakfucking tread water you imbecile
nice screaming and putting yourself in a panic, and then having your muscles cramp
and it takes you two and a half minutes to take off your shoes so you're more efficient?
also, your friend is a fuckwad idiot who doesn't know how boats work, had he steered hard into the wind, he would have just stopped and chilled for a second while you swam over
and you two idiots didn't pack any floatation devices to be thrown to you
I may have gotten a little frustrated as my index finger tired. TF2 never prepared me for this.
However, as far as execution goes, this was, indeed, done very well
3) He has no idea how sailboating works, as explained at the start. I have never been on a sailboat and other than trying to steer the wheel (which has been explained to me doesn't do much) I would not have been able to turn around either.
That vocab... "sailboating"
Not sure if this guy cheated or not, but it was insane
I got 6:17 somehow on my laptop
edit:
Bump, looking for demo tryouts again
I tested this a while ago, but I got around 200fps in 6s matches when uncapped with my 4770k. Probably not accurate though, since tf2 got updates that made it worse
Sorry for the long bump. Got the VDMs working, but have ran into another problem: Tf2 says it's recording audio, but the files are ending up empty when I put them into virtualdub. I am guessing this is a problem with virtualdub but who knows. Figured I wouldn't make a whole new thread. Up until a few days ago it was working fine.
I think it could be a problem lawena, srcdemo or virtualdub but possibly tf2 in general. Not sure. I keep the in game volume with the console command at the default (believe its 1, though I play at 0.05). Sometimes I turn the sound down in the windows mixer, but that shouldn't affect what it records, right?
I can include screenshots when I get home, but basically the video goes fine but the sound isn't recording. I will try listening to the .wav files separate from virtualdub as well, am guessing it won't work though
Chill dude, was fun to play with. P. Good at video games
