Well I'm not sure what you would consider good FPS and whether or not you'll have an FPS config but with a 144hz monitor you're going to need 289 FPS constant to take advantage of it. I think you SHOULD be ok with the parts you ordered, but I'm not so sure you'll have that fps consistently, especially with pretty low settings.

I've looked into that website, most everyone has told me that their builds aren't the best use of my money and that parts they list are often not the best you could get for the price.
That said, I've just ordered all the parts element provided me with, thanks for all the help!

Just a bit of advice, don't do that in the future.
Loading as in retrieving server info etc. relates to the speed of your hard drive, not to your cfg. If anything, take a timer and time both 3 times to see what happens. Also make sure you're using max FPS for both.
