Problem with my TF2 Server

Q/A Help
I bought a TF2 server from multiplay earlier today and installed some mods. When i try joining, i get stuck at sending client info. I can cancel it, then rejoin and it will let me into the server, but this is causing people not to join. Any info would be appricated
