Basically this. Starting S9 in open then grinding it 3 seasons with xensity in IM to make it to invite. Of course once we get to invite, SolidSnake, TicTack, and Arc don't play. So we had to pickup smaka, spadez, rb, relic, and ma3la. I think for a newly formed team we did pretty well finishing 1 win shy of LAN. If we had stuck together who knows. Invite was a lot more competitive even just a few seasons ago than it is now imo. Taking spadez/rb/ma3la who never played above IM at that time was a challenge but it basically solidified the facts that they all belonged in invite. Was a fun ride though working your way up legitimately, lots of close and important matches throughout the way. The "TF2" dream <3 so many good matches though in the last 2 years it's hard to pin it on just one. All I know is powah is the bane to my existence as a medic lol

Game is lots of fun for me. It's basically play to win, the more you play the more you level up. The movement is incredible. Guns are pretty cool too and there's a lot of things you can do with different builds for different maps / game modes. Imagine like a cod but now you can call down a giant mech machine and have it on auto kill or you can control it yourself from the cock pit. There's also grunts/spectres kinda like in moba games that keep getting spawned. So it doesn't seem like there's nothing ever to kill they are always around and sometimes they will kill you but mostly it's just free kills to get to your titan faster. I've liked the hard point game mode the best as it's like cp maps in tf2. Pretty revolutionary for a game though I must say.

They just need to fix the match making system or allow people to switch teams, imagine TF2Lobby when the teams used to be stacked. That's how it is now.
