In pa, most of my county isn't getting power back until Nov 4-5th.

Most people will tell you, you need ~1 Mbps to stream content.

And even if you have that 1 Mbps, if that is your WHOLE upload speed, it's still going to give you a high ping, you need somewhere around 1 Mbps extra to dedicate to the upload of your content.

Your upload is, rather low to effectively stream.
