try not to look at adhd in such a negative light, it has some big upsides to it. I, and many people I know have adhd and it’s likely not the driving force to your misery. try to clear up your other mental health issues and I think you’ll find it much easier to manage your adhd. as for substance abuse and adhd, the correlation is in fact very true due to a chemical imbalance in our brains. I live in a place with harsh, dark winters (luckily not as severe as you’d experience in Finland) I recommend taking a multivitamin that has vitamin d every day and try to take a walk every day when it’s peak brightness outside. Try eating more fruits, veggies, and nuts and cut down on fast food/greasy snacks. A bunch of small things like this should incrementally help your mental health and make life more enjoyable. I wish you good luck in getting professional help, this combined with my advice and some other advice in this thread I truly believe can help you start living and enjoying your life again. I’ll end this post by saying as a scout main I look up to you and hope to have aim like you someday :) merry christmas!

used to watch yogscast religiously when I was a kid, nice to see they’re still on the youtube grind
valve only cares about how much money they can milk out of this game and it’s players before it dies. stop lying to yourself, there should be uproar that they even nominated their own game. what a joke. warframe deserves this award.
mixerb4nnyYour mindset about advancing competitive TF2 is a common but extremely flawed one. A thriving competitive scene should not be about bringing top competitors down but instead about creating an environment with encouragement and incentives for the rest of the competitors to rise up and rival them. Isn't the whole point of competition to find out who can be the best of the best?I completely agree. But my question was what player, if any was to leave the tf2 comp scene, would change tf2 the most, positively or negatively. I hope I didn't make my question easily misunderstood, im not trying to say that top players should leave, im just asking about the potential effects of players leaving tf2 which i feel like is highly probable in the next few years. One example of players leaving tf2 can be players like seagull who is now playing overwatch, could that inspire more tf2 players to play overwatch instead as there is more money involved?
the answer to your question is the person you replied to
they need to stop adding so much shit the game already runs terribly
edit: nice my game is constantly crashing. thanks for the update valve!

lol I’ve never understood the complaints of having to pay for esea. It’s barely any money and you’re provided with a service with extensive stats, decent servers, and a more professional feel to competitive tf2. If you can’t afford 7 dollars a month you should be looking for a job...
its extremely frowned upon by the best jumpers because it takes the skill out of jumping and can make the shittiest jumpers appear to be gods overnight
tas runs are really fun to watch tho
I've only heard good things about them and they are also surprisingly cheap, some say there are distracting reflections in the lenses, magnification etc. just wondering if they actually protect your eyes
anyone here use gunnars? ive never had an issue with eyestrain or anything eye related but i wanna make sure my godlike vision stays with me for decades to come...
