texas servers completely fuck over canadians while still pinging high for a lot of americans (most canadian tf2 players live in these 4 areas)

chicago servers are a nice mix of not fucking over canadians (which id guess are maybe around ~20% of total north american players) while in a convenient location that a majority of american players ping very well to. californians have the worst ping to chicago than the rest of the main population centers in the continent. pings to chicago from socal are around ~80 (+/-5)
