it's not. the people who always claim that the meta is stale and immutable without radically introducing unlocks fail to notice the subtle shifts at the top of the game because they simply don't watch enough matches and scrims to notice subtle shifts like roamer positioning, push triggers, push routes, etc. they want to see radical big changes that are instantly noticeable.

I got 3 jugs and a saturday because my english teacher decided to talk shit about my home life to me and I took it up with the principal. Luckily my debate coach was good friend's with him so after I graduated I got to talk shit about it to his face.
Most of the shit we did was almost definitely iss worthy but our fucking teachers were clowning around with us half the time so no one said shit.
I got a saturday in middle school for calling a girl a skank on the bus though. Neither of us liked each other and name-calling was p. standard but she must have been feeling particularly moody and went home and cried to her dad about it and next thing I know I'm getting a call from the school and a saturday handed to me the next day in home room. She got really flirty with me after that which was weird as hell.

a cannonball does like 68. two kills an unbuffed scout. point blank cannonball wont blow up in your face so a scout can't kill you on your own pipes
has anyone else noticed that the pain train damage multiplier is broken? it used to do 10% added to the total, aka 165 on a headshot but now it adds 10% of the base aka 155 on a headshot.
