hmm ideally i would suggest double elimination with 2 servers running but if you only have one it might be better to have single. Ask the teams though, see what they want/are willing to put up with

JDawgYes, I think double elimination would take a lot longer, and I'm not sure if people have that much time on their hands. If I did do double elimination, I would probably have to do the tournament for 2 days, and I don't know if I really want to do that to be honest. Unless more people thought that a double elimination would be a lot more fun?
there's a sweet spot of signups where double elimination is perfect. As in, not too many where it takes forever, but not so few where it's not worth it. I think with a 2-key signup event where soldier mains measure each other's dicks you'll probably hit that sweet spot.
