From my experiences scrimming against Bob's team he has pretty good aim and mechanics on both demo and pocket, could probably hold his own in high open or IM. Can't really speak from a personality standpoint though.

Great teammate who is always chill and eager to play. With the combination of nutty dm and good calls, dev is a solid pickup for any team trying to find a scout right now.
