If I can say there's a team always looking to improve, it's this one. They have great attitudes and pugging with them is always a pleasure.

I always play on the MGE iT server. I find the lack of people whoring for ELO points refreshing; just pure practice.
Agreed with decap, you should definitely include how to use srcdemo2 in this guide, especially for beginners with not-so-great computers. It saves so much space, lets you record at a much higher framerate, and provides more natural motion blur. Great guide otherwise.
Thanks so much, I was beginning to think the control point capture bug was a problem on my end; even tried reinstalling my hud. Glad to see it fixed.
great to see an underdog take the victory for the first time in what seems like seasons...although no team with relic is truly an underdog. Great kickoff to the season.
My friend showed me this and it's made my sticky traps a million times more effective. If I'm not able to kill the target because they were a bit too far away from the trap or were overhealed, the damage text would still display an added-up number like "160" or "300" if there were multiple enemies, letting me call out exactly how much damage they took so that someone else can finish them off. It also lets me play more aggressively since I know how lit they are.
Not too sure about practicality in other classes but I can vouch for demo.
I've got nothing against demos using stickies in MGE. People seem to think that the second you pull out your sticky launcher you're automatically going to set up a trap and just wait for the enemy to walk into it. The reality is that when it's a 1v1 fight against a soldier or scout you won't have time to set up traps, and that's when sticky aim, which is an integral part of demo, comes into play. Using pipes only is the equivalent of shotty only or pistol only; you're never supposed to neglect your primary during a 1v1 battle, which MGE simulates.
cheer up, I've seen people do much worse and stand by it.
EDIT: And I mean "cheer up" in a encouraging way; I know depression is much more complicated than just feeling "down in the dumps." Wish you all the best.
Excellent video. My only suggestion would be to use a more creative font. Thanks for taking the time to make these, keep em coming!
EDIT: Displaying the casters' names in the background would also be nice.
Would love to get some advice on my demo, particularly positioning and damage output, during your next round. I'm actively looking for ways to improve, including practicing rollouts, going over demos, and practicing my dm, but some mentoring would be very useful in pointing out my errors.
can't wait for gullywash and snakewater!
I can for metalworks though...
everytime I click on one of platinum's vods on his stream that says "scrims" i get all excited and it turns out to be highlander.
My 2 year old red heeler, Athena.
She doesn't find TF2 very interesting.
All dressed up to surprise me when I came home on my birthday.
