Recently all major leagues that participate in the Global Whitelist have been in discussion about an update to the whitelist to allow the Solemn Vow. As the Solemn Vow has now seen significant play in multiple different regions and its impact on the game has been tested, we have concluded that it is not detrimental to gameplay and it should not remain banned. Many complaints around the Solemn Vow have centred around that fact that it lowers the skill ceiling of Medic and removes the focus on Uber counting, however testing has shown this to be a less significant issue that anticipated. As such, this iteration of the Global Whitelist will allow the Solemn Vow.
