this worked for me but it is not the most ethical way to get a girl. A more ethical way is a net trap like the one bellow, just bait it with chocolate or lush bath bombs. Once a girl is caught come and save her from the trap and under no circumstances ever let her know that you set the trap. Also once you free her from the trap, just be yourself

Perhaps they didn't give elect to give him the powers perhaps they asked who wanted to schedule matches and he was the only one willing. You do not know why he was tagged as "leader" and it is entirely ridiculous that you think punishing the whole team for something committed by one player that occurred after the teams season had finished is in anyway justified.
if you play with stupid people stupid things may just happen to you, it's their own fault for being on a team with him
