tldr

gargle was whiny

rainman didn't like that and tried to get everyone to mutiny him with lies behind his back

nobody actually wanted to so they told gargle

gargle cut him from his team

I rang for them after and they all seemed to be getting along a lot better after Rainman left and everyone forgot about the situation

That being said, Rainman is pretty good at the game and even though he fucked himself over I think he still deserves a chance because he is dedicated to the game and takes it very seriously.
