Max_Go to the hud folder > resource > ui > huddamageaccount.res
Open that up and change the delta_item_font and delta_item_font_big to "surface23" instead of "surface23outline"
All of the fonts you can use are in clientscheme.res. Surface are the main ones used for damage numbers
