If the profile is public anyone can see this information. If you go to http://steamcommunity.com/id/b4nny it says 8930 hours of TF2 played, and the Primeval Warrior badge has a hire date of 25 Sept. 2007. Just plug those numbers in and you get 2238 days, for 3.99 hours per day on that account.
Of course this assumes Steam's numbers are accurate (a big assumption). Also keep in mind Steam didn't start tracking hours played until 2009, I think, so that's a year and a half of missing data.
You know, it's funny how people rave about b4nny's hours, yet mackey has 12,000 plus hours on tf2
