LF High Open Med, Pocket or Demo

So our medic got a new job and had to quit, so we're looking for a high open/IM medic, pocket or demo. We scrim Sunday-Thursday from 9:30 EST to around 11-11:30 EST. We would prefer if you had previous ESEA experience.
Here's our roster right now:
Scouts: Snark & Scarecrow
Demo: Tankman (he would switch to pocket if we got a new demo)
Roamer: Xen
Pocket: Coupe (I would switch to medic if we got a new pocket)
Medic: none

ATI GPU Scaling

I'm trying to use GPU scaling to play TF2 at 4:3 aspect ratio, but I can't find the option in the driver. The option's there for "Flat Screen" monitors, but mine is VGA so it doesn't have it. Does anyone know how to enable GPU scaling with a VGA monitor and/or without the ATI driver at all?
