Why use Gift Cards as prizes? I don't know anyone who would rather have two gift cards instead of the money in paypal. Also, the way you have it now if you get less than 14 teams you're in the red, but if you get more what do you do with the extra money?

One big problem we noticed is that you can't bring in people after check in. So if someone on your team has their power go out you're just SOL.
Other than that it would be nice to have only Chicago servers instead of some East and some West coast.
Besides that it's been really solid work!
