PC Build Thread

NygmaHey I'm new to PC building and so I'm unsure about the PC parts I want to buy.
These are the parts I plan on using http://pcpartpicker.com/list/6N8XYr
After gaming on a laptop with an i3 at 2.4GHz and 4GB of ram, I'm tired of the crap I have to deal with. So I hope to use these parts to build a PC capable of playing CSGO and TF2 at 200+ fps at medium to high settings.
Please let me know if I can improve this build in any way and if there are any deals on the parts.
