Are you certain you have tf_hud_showservertimelimit set to 1

#333 Show your HUD modifications! in Customization

Figured I would finally post in here. I think my hud is really nice. It's Broeselhud 2.7 with my own custom stuff.

What's different in my version and not found in the default broeselhud:

Target ID's - In a better position and the font is bigger -
Ubercharge meter removed and % larger

Show Content

Timer - Large timer with server time limit left as default timer

Show Content

Transparent Health Cross with team colored border - custom ammo colors

Show Content

Scoreboard

edit WHY do I keep getting -fragged? :(

#18 Soldier/Scout LFT in Recruitment (looking for team)

AMC is a nice person. He always has a good story to tell. He's had back luck in the past, and he deserves a good team.

#13 HUD edit - server time limit timer in Customization
CraigMammalton:/ I did everything, even replaced the font with Futura 16, and I still can't get it to work. Added tf_hud_showservertimelimit 1 to my autoexec. :/

In your HudObjectiveTimePanel.res, make sure you followed the scheme with the curly brackets { } correctly, and you have them in the right places. Then, make sure you're on a server without any weird time limits. I'm pretty sure if you make a local host server on any regular cp map, it will have the right time limit.

If you still don't see the server timer, adjust the x and y pos of server time limit label (the thing you added in hudobjectivetimepanel.) Just try out different values, start with increments of 50 perhaps.

#28 Custom settings menu for TF2? in TF2 General Discussion

The config stuff is neat, but to switch between a dx8 and a dx9 config, you still have to restart the game right? Better way to put it, you have to change the launch options and launch the game to make the directx settings go into effect.

sherman_gluckany update on getting the server time and map time added?

You can add this yourself if you want. Check out this thread. The first spoiler label links you to an html of the text you need to add to your hudobjectivetimepanel.res

Once you add that, you need to add tf_hud_showservertimelimit 1 to your autoexec.

Additionally, you will most likely have to adjust the x/y positions of "ServerTimeLimitLabel" so that they are aligned properly.

It's strange, you seemed so proud of yourself in this thread that you made.

#49 Welcome back, folks! in TF2 General Discussion

Man I can't believe this was all caused directly because of teamfortress.tv. The whole time I was thinking enigmas domain host was pooping out on us, but the domain host was pooped on for the sole purpose of knocking out tf.tv? Dude, that blows my mind. I can't believe someone would go through all that trouble to mess with our forum.

I just can't stop thinking about who the person responsible is.

Maybe stabby wanted revenge for all those nasty things said in the legend of marty thread.

have you tried using your monitors OSD auto-adjust? I'm talking about the buttons underneath/on the side of your monitor. Find the menu button and look around for "auto adjustment" or something similar.

Hey my map timer thread got moved to the new section. I feel cool now. This is great. I never knew where to put any of my hud stuff threads so I always put them in off topic. Thanks big E

I also made a thread the other day with a tutorial on how to add the server timer to your hud. teamfortress.tv/forum/thread/11019

Sorry I can't make a hyper link for some reason. I'm on my phone and my browser is being weird.

#10 HUD edit - server time limit timer in Customization
TekkTried dl'ing your hud and adding the files to my broesel, as well as dl'ing this. It's making my round timer small and in position like in the pics above, but the map timer isn't there.

tf_hud_showservertimelimit 1

Add that to your auto exec.
