saying "bad shit is going to happen in the future" isn't a fucking threat, its a fact.

vague would be "I'm going to get you sometime". you see, "get" and "sometime" could almost be construed as a threat, because they're future actions against a person "you", but not very specific.
teng says only "whole bunch of stuff gonna happen" and "its gonna be fun". There is no action here, there is no target here. It isn't vague. It isn't anything.
