Segnoeee3 meals is bad advice for losing weight
I lost weight better by eating 6 small meals every day because it boosted my metabolism. Skipping meals will only slow down your metabolism and you may eventually just break down from basically starving yourself and possibly gain the eating habits of a sumo wrestler where you eat a bunch all at once once a day. Except you won't be a sumo wrestler and you will hate yourself for it

Max_Isn't the Scattergun basically a slightly better shotgun? Wouldn't that mean Invite and Prem scouts would have the best shotgun aim. That's how I see it at least
scatter aim is way different from shotty aim due to movespeed differences. u cant line up shots by movement on solly, while on scout it's easy
