Invisible Players Bug

Been experiencing this bug since approximately January. Players are invisible except for their cosmetics. This only happens to me for players on my team. This happens to me while playing in game and does not go away when a demo is recorded.

First competitive game played was a pug with some people from RUGC midwest. I was playing demo and barely had an idea of what I was doing. The other demo was xalox.
