What is the point of this thread? It's some alt that was just made hacking in a server that nobody on here is an admin of. Go post on firepowered forums or something. It's not even like people could know whos alt this is because it literally has 3 hours and was presumably just created earlier today.

MR_SLINI'm hoping they just do bronze/silver/gold/plat/diamond. "Elite assassin" sounds lame compared to challenger, master, or premier.
Or at least give names that can be abbreviated more easily like in CSGO. Saying I'm a SMFC, Nova 3, or DMG doesn't sound too dumb but "Raider", "Guerrilla", and "Assassin" sound fucking retarded.

Any way to change PREC messages to all-talk?

pazerThere's a prec cvar for this. Not sure what it is off the top of my head, but just do "cvarlist prec_" in console and you should be able to find it pretty easily. I have mine set to only show the prec messages in the top right of my HUD instead of the chat.
The hud thing is done with prec_notify 2. There is no way to use allchat with that command, the only options are to show it in console, show it in teamchat, and show it on your hud. I couldn't find a way to escape the recording message in console to make it execute commands so I don't think that option can be used to accomplish what OP wants.

This would only work if he had a bind to start recording but he wants to do it automatically.
From what I can tell from messing around with prec for 10 minutes it isn't possible to do what OP wants.
