Managed to fix it by taking
tv_enable 1out of my autoexec
FleurI have uploaded these maps and configs to my server and I've noticed that once you exec config and change the map to the appropriate config that you will immediately get kicked from the server for being idle. I tried changing the idlemaxtime and while on some maps it seems to let me into the server and practice the map, on other maps it will still kick you from the server regardless of idlemaxtime being a gigantic number like 999999. Anyone got any clues on how to fix this?
What I see upon being kicked is: (reason "#TF_Idle_kicked")
The maps that work upon changing idlemaxtime are tr_medic_spawn and tr_medic_healing
The maps that still kick you upon changing idlemaxtime are tr_medic_agility, tr_medic_dodgeball and tr_medic_xbow

maybe if you could get within the 10 degree FOV of your aimbot you wouldn't miss
Yeah this dude aims like way off to the side nowhere near his target for like 1/3 of his shots, but any time he is anywhere near on target he hits a meatshot. Sort of insane that you can be that bad and that blatant but still try to defend yourself.
Bump, I really want to try out tr_medic. I've tried opting out of the Steam beta, enabling/disabling cloud sync, and verifying integrity to no avail.

dollarlayer3) Some credit card companies such as Citi have virtual credit card numbers which you can generate through your online account. These card #'s are only valid for a short amount of time and can only be charged once. So if there is a data breech, the card # is useless.

ZetosI'm pretty sure what's prompting the redownloads are .acf files. You deleted appworkshop_440.acf and not appmanifest_440.acf, right?
Just to be sure, make sure these folders are empty: steam/steamapps/downloading, steam/steamapps/temp, steam/steamapps/workshop/content/440.
Yeah deleting those fixes it for like 5 minutes but then it goes back to trying to dl the nonexistent files

Didn't fix it
My Steam is just constantly trying to download a 0 byte piece of workshop content. It goes from Starting to In Queue then disappears for a split second then restarts. This wouldn't really be an issue except that in that time when it disappears I drop to about 10 fps, making my game stutter to the point that it's unplayable.
Anybody know how to fix this? I've tried unsubscribing from all workshop content I was subscribed to and flushing my steam config to no avail. Also the pause button doesn't work.
