Ryzen 5000 series launch flipped AMD from being the budget to premium brand. Intel 11th’s gen launch was pathetic yet their Core i5 lineup is interesting due to price to performance this generation. The 11400 or 11600K with a hard overclock are both good options here. You will need a z590/z490 board to overclock, and those will run you around 200+ USD

This just start happening to me as well. I was using an adblocker that was blocking ads, removing it fixes the issue. Wait until there is another chrome extension released on the down low.
