actual goats. if you need a team look no further than these guys
I mean it's not like the (non-monitor) peripherals you're using matters anyways. As long as it's been made in the last 5 years and costs above $10 the main limiting factor is going to be your own skill.
144hz+ will make a much bigger difference than upgrading either your keyboard or mouse tho.
I would be very interested. You could also randomize stuff like offclasses so one round you're pushing a heavy and the next you're pushing a pyro/engi
I played rgl prolander pugs for a month straight
if i get the vaccine ill be immune to dying so ofc ill get it
If you use "cl_showfps 1", are you consistently hitting 144 fps? If you are, and it still looks like your monitor is running at 60hz, try closing any steam chats you have open in your steam overlay and making sure you don't have any animations on a different display, if you have multiple displays.
I could maybe see the argument for offering prize money to every team in invite because it's hard enough to get teams in there anyways but outside of invite it should really only be top 4 teams in every div
slumgullioni know it’s a pretty minute thing but i think it’s pretty goofy that DEAD LAST div 1 gets more prize money than coming first in div 2
why should you ever get more money for playing in a worse div?
While I do have issues with a lot of points made in the document, I do agree with not being overly hostile to new players. It's one thing to sub out a new player because they got lost on their way to tf2center, or get frustrated after they drop multiple times, but it's another thing entirely to verbally abuse inexperienced people like I've seen certain individuals do.
I'm aware that this is only a tiny part of the document but #3 is not a good idea. Pugchamp is meant to have the best players compete against each other. It ruins the pug for everyone else if your demo is div2 and is only doing 180 dpm when the rest of your team is div1/invite. For now, lower leveled players should look to play TF2Center or find in houses around their skill level. RGL pugs should be another boost for low level players if it ever gets released.
