It might be the audio settings in tf2's options. The headphones speaker configuration option is ass, try changing it to 7.1 speakers

Install surface font in that hud's font files and it will revert to normal. You probably had broeselhud_blue's surface font installed.

WAR has done a lot for the comp community and imo doesn't get enough dang recognition. Say something nice about this dashing man! I am personally a big fan of his casting style and stream highlights! His LAN participation behind the scenes made events a lot more enjoyable too!
