Thanks, I should probably contact a UGC administrator. However, I believe some teams already got accepted because a saw a "New Teams" list for the North American highlander division, so I got worried. I'll try to figure out how to do those pugs and mixes, I visited atf2.org and it was kind of confusing.

I'm guessing it's too late for UGC recruitment now, but I'm really willing to join any league. Scout/Soldier/Medic are my main classes and I think of myself as equal skill level in all three. Honestly, I don't care if your team is amazing or putting itself together. I'd just like to connect with some players in a competitive setting and get my start on competitive. I play lobbies to help train to get better, and pubs to relax.
I would prefer to play in a Highlander setting, but I would be fine with 6v6.
My Steam Community Profile link is below, check it if you wish.
Hey synchro. There is a "Create Team" section on the sidebars of the website. I asked a couple of friends on Steam and they were down for it and I soon picked up a few more who were willing. You just had to give your team name, steam profile, steam group, and a couple of other things. Then, you would have to wait for email confirmation, which I unfortunately did not receive.
Thanks. I've been playing some lobbies lately to try and ramp up the skill level I'm playing against. Like I said, I had a group of some pretty decent players who were fun to play with and we put a team out on UGC, but we still haven't heard back from them.
For the past two months, I have submitted information to ETF2L, UGC, and ESEA, and have had no luck getting into competitive Team Fortress 2. I have asked many current and former competitive players on how to get into comp tf2, and they just say to put your name out there. I have tried and struggled. I made a team on UGC and was denied. I come here for advice on how to get into comp tf2, and I hope you can help me out.
