For now, the ESA tournaments are only open for European teams. However, that may change, depending on the success of the European tournaments and the interest for this concept in North America.
By only for european teams, does that mean that NA teams cant sign up? or that it will only be played on euro servers.

Maybe with a chance to drop an Unusual every X amount of games (with a very low chance, of course). This might attract the wrong crowd (people who don't care about competitive but want to get unusuals for free, basically), so it's probably a flawed idea.
they'll never give away unusuals that arent unboxed
