jp_Do you have another config.cfg in your custom folder? If you do, remove it.
BenroadsCheck in your custom cfg folder if there is a config.cfg if so delete it. That would be overwriting your crosshair settings.
disengageif you have all your settings saved in your autoexec/class cfgs, delete config.cfg and turn off steam cloud
KAMOI ran into this issue post-Steampipe, where I accidentally had CFG files in tf/cfg and also tf/custom/cfg, check for duplicates!
noplsmake sure you don't have an extra config.cfg in your custom folder and turn off steam cloud

i was planning on making an auto-updating HUD aggregate page on TFTV so this could just make things that much easier

the idea isn't to create a new stepping stone into the current 6v6 format, but rather to replace it with something better entirely, to the point where the officially supported 6v6 lobbies are both the competitive and (semi)pub format
will it be better immediately without any rebalancing or effort on valve's end?
possibly/possibly not, but their intent to do something about balance has already been made clear in the original sal/extine thread
