FenryrMLG are partners with CEVO iirc and as far as leagues go, CEVO struggles to keep up to esea. I don't think with regards to LCS that is the reason why league is slowly going down in viewership, but I get where you're coming from. Overall I'd rather see the scene going but I haven't been a fan of cevo's interaction with the community in my experience at least.
MLG aren't partnered with CEVO anymore.
However, CEVO are partnered with Gfinity.

Former player HoppinAround/CJC got picked up by FaZe today, which I think is pretty neat.
Super fun game. Can't wait until more maps come out. I've played every map about 50 times probably.
The open beta has been extended one more day, in case anyone wants to play for longer before deciding to buy or not!

Sam_HoustonC9 picking up slemmy. Better than another pugstar I guess, n0thing can't really IGL so I understand the reasoning but this is really underwhelming.
Honestly, C9 didn't have a lot of chances for a leader. There aren't really any good IGLs that aren't contracted by another huge org, and some teams don't even have a dedicated IGL and just have someone on the team with the most experience with calling taking the role (ex. Hiko), or a coach (ex. Starix, Threat).
I feel like it was a risky choice to take Slemmy for IGL considering he's not exactly a top tier NA player, but it's cheaper/better than anyone else they could have picked up. Shinobi is the only other person that comes to mind that could IGL, but he's contracted with coL at the moment, plus he also hasn't really proven his worth as a leader.

One of my favorite games to play is to take almost any song title (preferably dubstep or electronic) and add "tf2 frag movie." You're almost guaranteed to find a really bad frag movie, usually a Spy frag movie.
