I only played briefly with zaboomafoo so I can't comment on his in game ability. However, I did hang out with him in mumble a lot. He is mature and respectful. Rest assured that if you pick him up, he will fit nicely into you team.

6 people who are seemingly in constant competition for the award of "Furthest Out of Position".
I am almost 100% sure this is an ethics violation at whatever school you attend.
There are two things wrong with this question.
1. It would literally take less than 2 minutes to test this yourself in your game by running timedemo on the well known benchmark file, changing your mat_specular setting, then running the timedemo again.
2. Assuming someone did give you an answer, would you just accept this as a fact? This question can only be answered on a case by case basis. What helps my computer may not help yours (rightfully assuming that the probability of our computers being identical is negligible).
Good group of guys. Excellent leadership from Finegan and skilled DM players all around.
I feel you man. I literally googled for hours "Windows disable vsync" to no avail. Added bonus in frustration goes to the fact that Windows is not my usual operating system, but I had to install it to play ESEA, so every struggle I have is magnified by 10. I'm glad you solved your issue and I hope awareness is raised about this strange setting.
I just had this same issue and was annoyed by the lack of documentation online. I fixed it by navigating to my TF2 files in the file explorer, then right clicking the hl2 binary in the tf folder. Once you get the options panel, uncheck "Enable 3d optimizations" or something along those lines.
I have seen all four seasons and I think that the show has come to an end. The sixth episode, "Black Museum" had a vibe of finality to it that made me think that this is the last season. It made so many references to earlier Black Mirror episodes, that it felt like a victory lap for the show.

Thank you for actually providing a good, clean, direct, GitHub download to the .vpk as opposed to putting it up on some shady download site with 400 "download" buttons and sketchy links. Very professional and excellent work.
Damage number related information is found in
tf/custom/HUDNAME/resource/ui/huddamageaccount.res
. If you were using default hud, you might have to create this file. There are plenty of templates online, such as https://github.com/mkenyon/TF2-Config/blob/master/resource/ui/HudDamageAccount.res
Ammo management is a great aspect of this game that is totally eliminated for the soldier who is running Cow Mangler. I believe it is a direct upgrade (charged shot + infinite ammo + team can still spam sentries on last with soldier and demo) and that it should be banned.
@Gr1Zz Go to any other config, such as Comanglia's or mastercomfig and search for the words "ragdoll" and "gib". There will most likely be a group of convars clustered together along with a comment explaining their functionality.
#2, As a college student, this is terrible advice. A HUGE percentage of college students change their major while in college, so not knowing exactly what you want to study does not preclude you from attending college.
As for advice, I would say take as many survey courses in as wide of a range as possible the first year. For example, if you were into sciences, I would suggest taking an intro Chemistry, Math, Physics, and Biology course first semester. After that, just follow what you like doing. You shouldn't feel pressure to have a master plan for your next four years.
People who get killed then immediately say "what is this retard doing???". Well, that player wasn't so retarded if they just killed you.
What is the typical ping from Britain to an East Coast US server? Does this present an issue for a scout?
