I played with Yuno last season and Gabe in highlander. They are both cool people with an emphasis on improving and taking criticism. Basically the best qualities for a mid open team looking to improve.
I have 3, add me if anyone needs one.
gone, enjoy!
-bumping- Got some leads, but looking for some more.
Played with flick for a season and a half, and he does not tolerate mediocrity. Good DM, great gamesense, constantly demo reviews. He is willing to watch his own demos, the team's demos, Invite demos, etc. and takes improving very seriously. If he learns to play around his medic during a fight, he will be amazing. Nice dude with enthusiastic comms. Will probably not accept anything less than high open, and deserves it as well.
Yuno was half of the reason I made Polish Pizzeria. I met him and another player who has now quit back in highlander a while ago, and I saw that they had the DM and drive to get a taste of open when no other team would give them a chance. He played demo and then scout for the team, so idk how well he will do as soldier, but he is a bit of an MGE lord and as park stated, doesn't feed. Still needs to improve his game sense and decision making, but I think he will find these to be more natural on soldier.

edit: also a really great person I'm an idiot I forgot to put this in my review
This was literally his first season of tf2 competitive. He had the DM (due to the hours), and picked up the game incredibly quickly. Highly invested in this game, takes criticism well and offers it in return. Cool guy, DM lord, and if he practices starting soon in the offseason with a supportive team, can easily be mid-high open material. Expect him to call you out if you mess up.
Looking for a strong OPEN (edit: I'm a moron and never mentioned this) team next season. I decided that I wasn't really suited for maincalling, and that I would really prefer to play medic anyways. Looking to get on a team asap so that we can practice in the offseason and really be a contender for s22. My schedule is super flexible; I can scrim any night starting at 8:30 (EST, earlier depending on the day) till midnight (again, later depending on the day).
Found a team, no longer looking for s22.

Fun guy, but keep a short leash on him if you're looking to play seriously. This is an unfair assessment because I can only go off of my experience with him in open, but had the DM to do whatever he wanted, and had enough gamesense to sorta coach the team.

Cool dude, played on my team on Blue Eyes Blonde Dragon. Don't really remember how he played, but he meshed well, and has good, positive comms. Overall friendly person, undoubtedly willing to improve, etcetera.
Found another dude, thanks yet again everyone!
Looking again, edited OP.
