I normally have fps capped on 132. I have tried vsync and other fps caps but they haven't worked at all. It looks like when I have more fps the more tearing.
edit. I once tried disabling aero. It instantly caused me tearing even in windowed mode.

I'm having some weird screen tearing when I play TF2 in fullscreen. I don't have any problems with windowed mode at all.
So, if you have any solutions in your minds, feel free to help.
So, basically my problem is that when I try to use lower resolution than my native one (1920x1080) and trying to play windowed, my GPU doesn't stretch it.
I did some research and found this topic: http://teamfortress.tv/forum/thread/6722/1
I tried to check my scaling options in my nvidia control panel but it turned out that nvidia had removed the scaling options from the newer drivers.
This is how it looked back then:

And this is how it looks now:

I have tried pretty much every setting but this far nothing of them has worked. I wouldn't like to go and install some really old drivers that had this option.
Any help would be appreciated.
