Thanks for the advice, and I guess I'll have to start putting money towards a new computer.

I used to get around 200-300 frames fine with maxframes, now even with a LOD of 15 using nvidia inspector, and boosting my game to the crappiest possible I get 20-60 all of a sudden. I recently cleaned up some programs so I'm guessing I accidentally deleted something very important, but I don't know what. I checked my computer for viruses and none came up so I'm just as lost. It stinks because due to this I can't stream anymore.

My computer specs: Intel (r) Core (tm) i3-2130 CPU @3.40 GHz 3.40 GHz
Graphics card: GeForce GTX650

If anyone has any questions that they need to ask or could just help me it's very appreciated.

Yep, only other thing I've ever streamed is Portal 2 which I don't plan on doing again.

I pub a lot, average about 50 hours a week. I also scrim around 3-4 times a week and I'll definitely stream those. I play in Platinum Highlander as Spy.
