If all the guy had done was post that president meme, it would have been a short article with the guy explaining why he created it and what his views on the whole controversy about Trump retweeting it. I can't speak for everyone, but I don't think people cared that much that gif was created, people cared that the president used it. CNN was well within their right to write a piece on that, and they were well within their journalistic right to use his real name. It's not their fault he had a bunch of racist, pro-genocide shit in his comment account too, and it's not their fault that he freaked out about that stuff being associated with him.

clearly if both men and women attain skill at the same rate, but yet only men reach the highest skill levels, there is the aspect of motivation that is a factor. women have less motivation since they have other, easier methods of getting ahead in the game, while men either are lucky to be in a good social circle or have to instead grind to improve in order to get anything out of it. the human brain responds to incentives and the incentive for women to improve is much much lower than for men.
I don't need to discuss what the paper found since they did the study, not me. I can instead make conclusions from what they found.
Maybe women have less motivation to get really good at the game because it sucks to get really good at something and have people look down on you and assume you just got carried.

I wouldn't really put either of them in my list of top tier casters, but I just want to give a shout out to BUICK and Getawhale as a duo at some of the GXL lans. I don't think any duo of casters would have been able to make the massive downtime they dealt with as entertaining as it was with them.

No matter the OT rule set, one team is going to get a slight advantage. With this rule set, the team that goes first wins 54% of the time. With the NCAA rule set, the team that goes second wins 54% of the time because they get the luxury of knowing what kind of score they need to get.

90% of incumbent congressmen and 80% of incumbent senators who run are re elected. Theres a huge lack of competitiveness in small elections.
Incumbents have massive advantages like franking privilegees, campaign staff already in place, gerrymandered districts which basically give them safe seats, name recognition and more
so tbh your vote wont count for much in smaller elections either way
The reason incumbent's win so often is because so few people make an educated vote. They just vote for the name they recognize. Being educated and trying to help educate others about local elections is huge.
