hi guys,

my frames are dropping randomly to 30 all 3-5 seconds in short 1 second cuts. im playing with a fps config(all files are working, same problem with vanilla). i did a new setup for my pc(nothing detected). sometimes i had the same with csgo, but it was fixed with restarting the game. its starting only in tf2, doesnt matter if i start it when i first go on my pc or im randomly getting droppes after a long playtime. i had some weeks with no-freezes after i set up my pc, but it came back.

specs:
cpu:i7-4790 @3.6ghz
16 gb ram
gpu: nvidia gtx 750 ti

heelp me. thats unplayable.
if theres no option left, i need to build a new pc
